Nutrition is important. Nutrition is where it’s all
at. Proper nutrition insures our overall health. If we're
eating all the right foods but our bodies cannot absorb the
nutrients we're giving it, we're literally starving ourselves
to death. If our "gut" does not contain the proper
proportion of "good" enzymes to digest our food and
insure we get the nutrition we need, we'll become sickly and
die.
Proper nutrition in this day and age of GMOs and widespread
air, water and land pollution is tricky at best. Just in my
lifetime we have gone from a near pristine world to one where
pollution runs rampant, even reaching the top of Mount Everest
as far back as the 1950’s. See my article “Enzymes, An
Introduction”.
To further compound and cloud the issue, massive amounts
of antibacterial and anti-microbial agents are used in growing
all our major food animals; i.e., cattle, pigs and chickens.
These add directly to the effects of the widespread pollution
by two factors. First, helping to create highly resistant
variants of diseases and second by killing off the good
bacteria in our guts. The flora and fauna (enzymes) we need
for good digestion and good health.
Finally,
all the good health and good nutrition and exquisite
flavorings in the world will not make you healthy if your body
cannot use the nutrients you are feeding it. Good digestion is
the basis for good health. Without good digestion most of the
nutrients in your body are going to waste – you might as
well have a gigantic tapeworm siphoning off your food. In
order to enhance your digestion you should also be using, at
least periodically, a proven organic
greens product as a digestive aid, one such as Bio
88+ (Plus).
“Greens”
products are designed to assist our bodies in proper digestion
of foods, thus ensuring proper nutrition and resultant good
health. There are many greens products available, and a
quickie cost
comparison on four of the leading greens products are
available by clicking on the link provided here.
You will learn, with a bit of research into the matter, that
greens come in several forms. Bio
88+ (Plus) is in a “honey-like” state, even though
there is no honey, only maple sugar (in syrup form), used in
its manufacture. Other greens products come in tablet,
capsule, powder and liquid form. So which of these forms is
better. Let’s do a brief comparison.
Tablets may travel better and be less prone to spoilage, but
they are also the most difficult to absorb into the body.
Capsules seem to travel and store about as well as tablets
unless they are liquid contents, and they are a little more
effective in helping the body. Liquid capsules would be
significantly more effective than dry content capsules.
Powders are right up there with tablets and capsules for
travel and shelf life, and would be about as effective as dry
capsules.
Liquid capsules would be the most effective of these forms.
Liquid form is the most useful to our bodies, being about 85%
immediately absorbable and usable as a nutritional and dietary
aid.
So we come to Bio
88+ (Plus), which is in a “honey-like state”. Exactly how
does this fit in? Well, Bio
88+ (Plus) has been double-fermented, breaking down its
cell walls and thus allowing all the nutritional values of the
foods it has been created from to be instantly absorbable into
our bodies and used for nutrition and health and well being.
In my next essay, What Are The Benefits Of Fermented Greens,
I will go in detail into the fermentation process behind Bio
88+ (Plus) and exactly what this means to nutrition and
good health.
